Been with PCU over 29 years. They used to release my pay prior to the weekend. Recently, they hold my pay and ask for $20 to release it "early". This is a scam by PCU. This is a fake money grabbing scheme. Looking for a new bank. This is %100 a scam by a company that has been taken over by criminals. I am out. Angry....

The very worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Time and time again you can call and not get ahold of anyone. You can leave multiple voicemails with no return call back. Bank somewhere else.
I have been having a VERY difficult time trying to set a pin on my new debit card I got for over a month. Go to the bank get told "call this number", call the number be told "go to your financial institution", and repeat. Finallllllly talked to JAMES and this man was a SAINT! I swear he was so patient with me. I have never had such good customer service. Love this bank they call me by name when i enteralso Dalton, and Jennifer are always there to help with sny problems, snd ceer fiendly all around its a Great bank snd staff every one is always smiling and Treat you respect and always smiling.
