Dalton has been very helpful for my dad who's a customer here. They are always nice and willing to help even though he's not very tech friendly.
James called about my new vehicle loan and helped me with my username and password on the app. Super helpful and saved me the call I kept forgetting to make to them. Very impressed with the initiative and customer service!

Been with PCU over 29 years. They used to release my pay prior to the weekend. Recently, they hold my pay and ask for $20 to release it "early". This is a scam by PCU. This is a fake money grabbing scheme. Looking for a new bank. This is %100 a scam by a company that has been taken over by criminals. I am out. Angry....
