I am hotel partner and we are old customer . I had issue in motor i contact Rasmussen they charge 400$ around and when we hooked up motor it does not work we told them why does not work they says your dryer issue . Actually they does not put new clutch and we told them why they charge a lot they charge a lot they lose old customer i must suggest before you go tell them it must be work it must be some liability . Dale and all the people here at Rasmussen electric ,do a fabulous job. I have my electric motors rebuilt here all the time. They do excellent quality work for a reasonable price.

I worked for Rasmussen Electric as an outside sales rep. Dale is one of, if not the worst boss I have ever had. He asked me to grow sales, witch I did, and it would take over two months to get a motor back to my customer, and then he would ask why are they not doing more with us? Costs were almost double to the competitors, and it would take 4 times as long. One of the worst management styles I have ever seen.
