Brought motor in for repair, it worked for 3 hours. Asked for a warranty, was told “bring it in, we will advise from there”. Did I mention the cost was just under $1000.00. These people do not stand behind their work. Update- Scott called me to argue, I hung up on him.

I am hotel partner and we are old customer . I had issue in motor i contact Rasmussen they charge 400$ around and when we hooked up motor it does not work we told them why does not work they says your dryer issue . Actually they does not put new clutch and we told them why they charge a lot they charge a lot they lose old customer i must suggest before you go tell them it must be work it must be some liability . Now i buy new motor 900$ and i lost 400$ so no make sense to fix motor . I completely disappointed with them . The... read more

Dale and all the people here at Rasmussen electric ,do a fabulous job. I have my electric motors rebuilt here all the time. They do excellent quality work for a reasonable price.
