K didn't go there because I wanted to buy a power washer.i called him for advice on my power washer.And he gave it free of charge . He gave the time of day to me and in Memphis good advice free or not is hard to come by. so if your equipment is from home Depot or Lowe's it has to go through a third party to get repaired even with the extended warranty. So if you don't want a third party repair. Buy your power washer from this guy
