Patrick was awesome! Dealt with my problem areas and left me feeling better than I came, definitely would recommend!
I went to Patrick after having chronic upper body pain and felt immediate relief after a massage/FST treatment. I even booked my next session on the spot. The best part too - the massage was actually a real athletic massage and not one that just relaxes you (though I was incredibly relaxed by the end tbh). Highly recommend to anyone in need of some real treatment.
Luckily, my bff was already a happy client of Patrick’s and referred him with a glowing review! After my great first visit (4 months ago) I have continued to see Patrick for therapy biweekly. Unfortunately, I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and very painful muscle spasms + body stiffness and thankfully Patrick is always able to help relieve the stubborn knots and tightness.
I've been with Patrick for a few years now. A pro at targeting the areas that give me the most pain. I have problems especially with my neck. After an hour visit with Patrick I can move my neck with little pain. Even though it will never get better, a visit at Power Athletic helps elevate the pain and allows pain free movement in my neck. In the 20 or so years I have been seeing RMTs, Patrick is by far my favourite. Patrick is focused on your needs, and the major point that stands out for me is that he cares about your healing and health. He walks through what we need to do when I come to see him to get my body back on track. Patrick is a kind soul and brings a respectful and non-judgemental demeanour to the room. I am so happy to have found him as part of my personal care team.
