Funereal! Could hear the wood creaking. Had forgotten how dour and sour "ancient Gympie" can be. Got to offer a little warmth folks! People will still think you are "serious" Solicitors if someone at the front desk smiles at a potential client/client.
Very helpful
Did not help my aged care clients like promised. Palmed them off to a legal secretary who really didn't know what was needed. My aged care clients asked for assistance after signing contracts from the sale of their house. Endless questionares, they did not understand. If I was not with them, they would not have been able to move forward with the sale and purchase of new property. Clear, concise, layman terms should have been used to communicate. Disappointing
