I’ve yet to experience a mediocre meal here. If you’re a breakfast fan, I highly recommend Breakfast #2. You will not be disappointed! The club sandwiches are excellent! I also really enjoyed their fish & chips. Everything is made fresh and on site and the servers are all friendly and attentive.
Powells in Bay Roberts is a great community supermarket. They have anything you can get at the larger supermarket with many local items. They have great specials each week.
I usually am a satisfied customer at Powell's Bay Roberts but on Jan 1st, I bought a blueberry Golden Crust Swiss roll that was supposed to be best before Jan 2nd. It looked okay and of course I took a bite without thinking twice. Suddenly the moldy taste hit me. It was around 7pm when I called the store to complain, right after I had tasted the cake.
