Recommendedif you need a chilli dog. like a Sonic the hedge hog level chilli dog, then you need to go to Powell's. If you think you've had a good chilli dog THINK AGAIN! I have eaten here since I was 19 and I'm 39 now. Its also the luckiest lotto place in town. I always get the dog and a big game ticket. Enjoy this hidden gem of Fredericksburg.

These guys know how to run a lottery machine. If you want to play one number they won't make you write it down like most stores. The best part is their employees know how the lottery works, how to play it and how to work the machines. They can answer your lottery questions and play your numbers with no problems. And the chili dogs are good too! They make the chili from scratch with real 80/20 ground beef. Delicious!
