We had an awning installed several years ago. The service was outstanding and the awning has been perfect. Recently I couldn’t get it to work. We had great support and was fixed with a phone call of troubleshooting. Thank you, Dottie Myers- O’Donnell
I asked for a quote/prices and just got "no" as a reply. I've never contacted them before so I don't know where the attitude is coming from. I was really hoping to work with them since the reviews seem good but guess I have to take my business elsewhere.

We had Jeremy and his team install 2 custom pull chain shades for our back patio, which quickly turned into a total of 4 that reach down almost the entire length of our deck because we loved the first 2 so much! The wind and sun is brutal with the direction our house faces, so we had been looking for a good shade to cool off the back of the house as well as be resistant to the wind.
