Not convenient at all. You can't call the number on the back of the card to get your balance because it won't tell you, and they don't even have an ATM. But so far the people are nice
Banked with this entity for approximately a year. Repeated issues with PVB duplicating transfer charges on my account. Final straw was finding out my account had been closed after having a 0 balance for 8 days. No notice. No warning. Attempted to make a deposit and was informed of this “policy”. PVB will never have our business again- it was a mess throughout, and I’m still in shock about having my account closed. Our family will now be banking with Farmers & Miners.

Desperately needs to update and get mobile banking. They say it's too risky. How? Most other local banks offer it with no issue.
