Powells started out working out very well for me and I couldn't have asked for better service. We have recently within the last 7 or 8 months ran into a rather different situation with the same company. They have been beyond rude to my employees for absolutely no reason when they show up if they show up at all. Bg called today gor attitude and hung on as well and it's still bussiness hours when he calls

I called a 1800 number asked to get the servise and lady asked me in a very rude way if I could call them back during bussiness hours then hung up on me so I will not use them for any servise will also be making a phone call to the better bussiness bourer
