I submitted information for filing 2 months ago, have emailed, called, texted a dozen times and all correspondences have been extremely delayed and largely unanswered. Taxes aren’t filed, and I’m not able to file myself or go somewhere else because they have my documents. My son’s FAFSA can’t be filed until my taxes are filed. I’m not sure what service is like during “tax season” but during the fall it’s been nearly impossible to work with this company.
Amy has done our taxes for many years. She is so knowledgeable and has been so through with our returns. We value her professionalism and could not ask for better service. The entire staff is top notch. Our only complaint is they no longer sell GS cookies!!!
