Our water was shut off. I called and spoke with a supervisor by the name of Stephanie. I explained that I could pay the full balance at 6pm and they close at 5. I asked if they had an after hours line that could possibly reconnect after payment was received. Stephanie was VERY rude and said they wouldn’t do it. I explained that I had small children and even a 10 month old baby. Worst customer service ever. I don’t know why people don’t care about how to serve people anymore. I have “automatic payment” for my bills and last month it didn’t go through I didn’t realize because I have lots of bills. And lady on the phone said I have to follow up with my bills so it’s on me. Well excuse me but why I have an automatic payment then if you’re gonna tell me what to do with the payment.

They are really bad about turning your water off without notification when they have to do repairs near by. And, unfortunately you will not know how long you will be without water. This has happened quite frequently within the last 6 month. It is a nuisance when it occurs around the 7 - 8 am time frame when you are trying to get ready for work.
