Terrible!!! Pay your bills on time for over 28 years and Powdersville Paystar system messes up your payment. So you pay late fees and return fees. And there is nothing you can do!!!!! It felt like Powdersville water was stealing from me.
After 19 years with Powdersville Water District as a customer, I just received the worst service with this company in the last two months. SIMPLE QUESTIONS, SIMPLE SOLUTIONS, however that wasn't the case. They need to listen not to increase their voice, yelling, no other alternative.
So thankful to live in a new community with a better water provider. As a military family, we've lived a lot of places. This is by far the worst utility company I've ever experienced.
