​I can't say enough good things about Powdersville Water. Their auto-billing service is a lifesaver, and I appreciate the annual call I receive to review my projected monthly bill for the year. ​Recently, however, their customer service went above and beyond. I received a text alert first thing in the morning notifying me of unusually high water usage the previous day. My issue was the opposite billy stokes. They sent out a letter stating that they were gonna be digging or doing something in our neighborhood like a month before all of a sudden.Suddenly out of nowhere we had a water main break. Eight years, no issues, then suddenly with the precarious timing Our pressure doubled like it went to like a hundred and fifty psi, and then, you know, sixteen thousand gallons of water expelled in one day. If I could give negative stars I would. Extremely poor customer service and will nickel and dime you for anything they can. The so called management (Stephanie) and staff are a joke. The high schoolers at Powdersville or Wren could seriously run this place better.

Our water was shut off. I called and spoke with a supervisor by the name of Stephanie. I explained that I could pay the full balance at 6pm and they close at 5. I asked if they had an after hours line that could possibly reconnect after payment was received. Stephanie was VERY rude and said they wouldn’t do it. I explained that I had small children and even a 10 month old baby. Worst customer service ever. I don’t know why people don’t care about how to serve people anymore. I have “automatic payment” for my bills and last month it didn’t go through I didn’t realize because I have lots of bills. And lady on the phone said I have to follow up with my bills so it’s on me. Well excuse me but why I have an automatic payment then if you’re gonna tell me what to do with the payment.
