I’m a commercial diver out of Jacksonville, and before this, I was in the military, so I’ve picked up a good amount of injuries over the years. I was struggling with knee issues and ankle mobility when I came here. My biggest breakthrough from working with Yao was finally being able to train and race again. My specific result was breaking 20 in the 5k after working with Yao for two months which is a goal I’ve been working towards for a year but was unable to because of my knee issues. I would 100% recommend this to any other runners who are struggling with issues in mobility and pain from injury.
