I was struggling with knee issues and ankle mobility when I came here. My biggest breakthrough from working with Yao was finally being able to train and race again. My specific result was breaking 20 in the 5k after working with Yao for two months which is a goal I’ve been working towards for a year but was unable to because of my knee issues. I would 100% recommend this to any other runners who are struggling with issues in mobility and pain from injury.

Yao is absolutely amazing! I have been in a lot of pain and he is helping tremendously. I always feel so much better after each session. I had never had a Thai massage before and now I can't imagine my life without it. You will not be disappointed because he truly cares about your health!
