My bus driver on route 054 going from preston is threatening normally good bus drives but this guy has issues with threatening to suspend us and get us into trouble
Avoid at all costs. Can't get anyone to answer phones, the bus never came at the predetermined spot for my kid, and dropped off somewhere else entirely. The bus stop labeled for my kid is the middle of a street, and the bus driver took off without even allowing the kids to cross the road!
Nobody answers the phone… you can’t leave messages… extremely concerning when you have special needs kids.
Abysmal. They don't answer the phone, they don't return messages, they don't answer emails. Call the school and ask for a more direct email to contact. ZUM app doesn't help either.
