I’ve never seen such a mismanaged school district. Every time you turn around, there is an issue related to operations or budgeting. On top of it all, the awful communications between school, parents, and the public. They send the most confusing, unclear, and conflicting information out. Unreal! Lots of great hardworking teachers and support staff that deserve far superior administration. Now the early release that changes daily. How can anyone plan.

Less than half the schools in this district have full music, art, or physical education curriculum and teachers despite having adequate funding. The inability to competently manage their money has resulted in a complete education being stripped from hundreds of children.

After 15 years with the Poudre School District, I strongly advise against working for this organization. During my tenure, I witnessed consistent unprofessional behavior from administrators, including a disturbing pattern of protecting a principal who harassed dozens of teachers. The district's failure to address these serious issues created a toxic work environment. Steer clear of this employer if you value professionalism and respect in the workplace.

i think changes need to be made. Kids have freedom of speech as the next and how dare they celebrate ransgender day and then kick my grandson out of class for laughing and openly saying there are only two Genders.
