CMD's incompetence knows no bounds. The bus driver skipped my kid's stop today for absolutely no reason, he was standing out in the rain for an hour and ten minutes waiting for them. Their only excuse was "Oh, the bus driver was confused." CONFUSED???! IN WHAT SENSE??! My kid has been on the same bus for nearly three calendar years, same address, every morning. I don't want someone so easily "confused" responsible for transporting my child. No sense of accountability from them either. Absolutely atrocious. CMD is the cheapes... read more

Just want to say, out of all the drivers, Denise with the red hair is the best. She is so patient and she really care about people making it to where they have to go. If she gets to redners at 7:41, she would patiently wait until 7:45 to leave, the actual scheduled time the bus is suppose to leave. The other drivers will leave early before the scheduled time. Numerous times I watch the men just leave. I love when Denise drives the purple line and green line. She never leave people stranded.

Buses regularly don't stop for riders waiting at the bus stop, which is so on-brand as to be ubiquitous at this point. Pottstownians warn new riders that they'd better run out in the street and wave if they want to be picked up and not run down. If you manage to make it on the bus the drivers are usually polite. But what I'm specifically writing about is their management of the Pottstown school district transportation.
