The team did my move from Sydney to parkes and I can't fault them, friendly, happy, punctual at pickup and drop off. They have moved four family households over time and we have all been happy with the service from begining to end.
Gary and the team were great. Nothing was an issue from pick to drop off, storage and everything in between. Very flexible and spot on planning. We really appreciate the top job.
Recently I relocated to Parkes NSW and needed a removalist company to move my large household shipment from Somersby to Parkes. The team at Potts Removals did the job and I couldn’t be happier. Part of the stuff they were moving for me was a car, they ended up letting the car sit for months without starting it once (reason for the holding on to of the car was due to the flooding) to ensure battery / engine safety. Car battery caught fire and damaged internal components. Now having to pay thousands in replacement/repair costs because when Potts was in possession of the car and they broke it, not all broken parts were fixed and replaced, and parts that were replaced were replaced with second-hand parts.
