Unethical partner attorney. Messaging someone through social media to try to coerce them is morally gray at best but the wording absolutely shows this was an attempt at intimidation, possibly illegal depending on the circumstances. Andy, you deserve to be disbarred but I certainly wouldn’t keep you at my practice.

We contracted with Potts Law firm in August of 2023 to try to recover payment from our financially troubled insurance company for tornado damage to our home. We were told we would be able to recover the needed repair funds, even due to the company’s status. Sometime between late November and early January, the attorney working on our claim left the law firm. Advertises they are a consumer lawyer. Just called and asked and was told they are not a consumer law firm. False advertisement for that look else where!!!!
