We spent thousands of dollars at Pottery Barn Kids Coral Gables expecting high quality and good service, but the experience has been nothing short of awful. The dresser arrived damaged and dented, and the crib had a visible green stain on it. Despite these issues, the store has refused to provide any credit or compensation, and we are still paying for items that have not been fully delivered. Muy decepcionante. Pedí online una manta custom con el nombre del bebé para hacer un regalo y me llegó en una caja rota y cerrada con precinta. Este producto cabe resaltar que me costó 80 dólares y cuando escribí al customer service me dijeron me iban a dar un descuento el cual fue 9,47. No lo recomiendo para nada
BEWARE, DISHONEST PRICING! I recently shopped at Pottery Barn Kids and was extremely disappointed by a clear example of dishonest pricing. While browsing, I noticed that the price tag on an item had been physically altered — a new, higher price sticker was placed over the original price, and added a 20% off to make it look like it was on sale.
