Compré esta mochila para mi hijo en Agosto 8/2025 y dos semanas antes de navidad la mochila se descoció y el zíper se enredó en los hilos. Llame a servicio al cliente para pedir que me la repararan porque obviamente ya habían pasado 3 meses de la compra. I had a great experience at the Pottery Barn Kids in Merrick Park, thanks to the store manager, Roly. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable while answering all of my furniture questions and took the time to make sure I felt confident in my decisions. His customer service and follow-through were outstanding. I truly appreciated the attention and care—will definitely be back!
Buyer Beware!! I placed an order for a backpack 45 days ago and still have yet to receive it. Called Customer service and they provided no HELP at all, please read the reviews before making a Purchase. I will not buy from this store Again.
