I honestly regret purchasing this backpack from this store, especially after reading the reviews, which I should have done before making my purchase. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing not only because of what I read in the reviews, but also because of the customer service I received both over the phone and in the store. I truly love this store and the wonderful selection they have for children — it's one of my favorite places to shop. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was let down by the customer service. At checkout, my interior designer shared her discount code, a benefit offered to clients who use design services. Instead of processing it smoothly, the sales associate asked my designer to send a confirmation email — on a Sunday evening at 5 PM — which felt both awkward and unnecessary.
