I ordered a desk September and still have not received it. Now I see an estimated delivery for the end of January. The customer service is horrible. I waited 2 hours 30 minutes on hold to speak to someone above the first level. The chair I preferred also took months to receive. I was sent a toaster instead of a comforter. Took 3 phone calls which were over 30 minutes each to straighten out their sloppiness. Will never order from PB again.
The in store experience has been decent but I have been waiting on my baby furniture since August and the delivery date has been pushed yet again to mid November and I’m due in December. When I called & emailed customer service, they got my name wrong multiple times in an email and no one seemed to care that our purchase keeps getting delayed to include the fact that no one has a clear answer of where the heck the furniture is and when it will exactly get here.. So i registered with pottery barn kids for my first born child and i can say this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company. customer service is awful. luckily their stuff is cute otherwise everything takes for ever to ship. Half of the boxes where damaged some of the items were damaged. nothing was on time, so many things on the registry went on back order or still hasn't been delivered. NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH AGAIN. Incompetent manager and employee. I called to place an order since online store no longer carry it and it turned out to be a completely nightmare. They didn't send me a confirmation email, called back "5 times" still no confirmation email!!!!! At first they keep telling me there is no order or I called the wrong place!
