This is overall for Pottery Barn Kids. We placed an order with 5+ items online, totalling $1300+. What we get in return is a super lazy tracking of shipments. Orders show they are arriving from Etobicoke to Toronto and its been 10+ days and now the packages show in Memphis, TN. Not sure who is this great operations mind sitting in PotteryBarn who decides that easiest route to ship from Etobicoke to Toronto is via Memphis. The store staff was great, unfortunately I noticed that the embroidered stocking I order is defective (missing some of the objects, some things are only half sewn, colours don't match the online listing). I called customer service and they said that the only way for me to replace the stocking is to go back to the store so they can ship it to my home which is ridiculous as this is Pottery Barn's mistake. The quality is really poor.
Went in wanting to buy a baby blanket for a baby shower. Wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the ladies working there. Disappointed and will only be shopping online.
Terrible customer service. The older ladies who work here only ask caucasian customers if they need help. Never seen such blatant disrespect.
