Went in wanting to buy a baby blanket for a baby shower. Wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the ladies working there. Disappointed and will only be shopping online.
Terrible customer service. The older ladies who work here only ask caucasian customers if they need help. Never seen such blatant disrespect.
TERRIFYING experience!!! If you’re paying a premium price and expecting a premium experience or product — Pottery Barn is NOT the company to shop with. I ordered a nursing chair early on in my pregnancy. The first chair was LOST IN SHIPPING, the second re-ordered chair came in TWO SEPARATE COLOURS (dark blue bottom, light grey backrest), and the third re-ordered chair was delivered 45 DAYS LATE. I bought a large backpack for my son (space theme) in September 2023 and it started already breaking down. I went to the store today and the sales person mentioned that the guarantee is only for one year. Considering the price I paid for the bag, over $100 with taxes is not worth it especially when they tell you that the product will last. I do not recommend the product. Also, my son uses the backpack only for school.
