I will never order from PBK ever again. I returned a quilt cover set and they told me i have to pay for shipping however ill be refunded back for it. After its been returned i did get my money back for the quilt but not the $20 shipping i paid to return back. I was later told that im not getting my money for it as its not apart of their policy even though two different people said i could iver the phone. I’ve visited Pottery Barn Kids Bondi multiple times while shopping for our nursery, and every experience has been fantastic. The staff are always so warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They’ve taken the time to answer all of my questions, offer thoughtful advice, and never made me feel rushed. The team has made each shopping experience so enjoyable. Their excellent customer service is the reason I keep coming back. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond! Our nursery is everything we wanted!
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing with Pottery Barn, as I had exactly the same experience as many other people. There is serious issues with this company. The customer service is absolutely appalling. The staff lie and mis-sell products and then do not answer or return calls to deal with issues. Also major security issues and breaches of regulations attempting to take customers card details and write them down which means they are not secure / encrypted. The staff are not helpful. They don’t call you back. Bad customer service. They also rarely answer the phone. Not great customer service
Absolutely ridiculous. I bought a $270 lamp in Sept 2025 & by Christmas the white lamp shade is showing signs of the discoloured glue seeping through. I called customer service & they explained they have a 30 day return policy. No warranty. They essentially expect a near $300 lamp to last 30 days.
