I can't forget the wonderful experience that the beautiful woman named Terry. She helped me purchase some gorgeous things for my kids and she made the place feel more homey as she was just so gorgeous and nice 🥹🥹 some people don't know customer service anymore! See Terry on the weekends and give this woman a pay rise
This company is honestly so disorganised. They couldn’t organise a root in a brothel. I ordered an item which arrived damaged so I had to ring and initiate a return. No one showed up to collect it and now three weeks ago I made an order for an item for my daughter‘s birthday which is tomorrow and they’re saying it’s still sitting in the warehouse . Absolute nightmare to deal with
Exceptionally poor customer service. I purchased a dollhouse $321 and I was charged an additional 2 times for this dollhouse (extra $642) clear as day on my transaction history and with confirmation of my bank contacted the Vanessa Novaga one of the Managers to advise via emailing evidence and zero effort has been made to assist and rectify. Honestly, what kind of customer service is this? Issue has been raised with Fair Trading, they are working with ANZ to refund.
I love the quality and detail of Pottery Barn’s stock. The problem is the stock levels and delivery time! There is also only one store in NSW! They are always out of stock online amd click and collect reflects the same answer. So disappointing!
Order a 5K nursery set all arrived damaged! Ordered the replacement set which has also arrived all with damage! Just about every edge of the furniture is ruined! I would not recommend purchasing the Harlow Nursery set.
