The young boy at Chatswood is extremely rude and his customer service is below average. I can’t believe he got a job there!!! In the sale day I asked him if the kitchen price as I was standing next to it after our conversation he sold it to another lady. The other ladies were shocked but kind of kept quiet. Bondi branch should give me the same kitchen for the sale price.!!! To make up for his wrong doing.
I bought two kids bags and two sets of cutlery. I requested a gift receipt and she told me that she couldn’t give me an extra bag because some people steal things in empty bags when they exit.
Thank you Jade for going above and beyond in assisting us getting this personalised baby blanket made for our nephew. Jade was nothing short of patient as we ummed and ahhed over font and colour choices - she also emitted a lovely warmth and kindness that can be difficult to find in customer service. The parents to be absolutely loved the gift! 🩵

Two stars because the items are truely beautiful and great quality however the staff are rude and dismissive. Particularly the lady with the red hair. She does not greet customers, smile or offer any help. The only time she smiled was when she was texting on her phone. This isn’t the first time she has done this.
