Very disappointing experience with Pottery Barn Kids today, Saturday 8 August, at approximately 3:20 p.m in Chadstone. I wanted to purchase a piece of furniture that was clearly displayed with a 20% discount. When I asked to buy it, I was told that the 20% discount was a mistake and that they would only offer 10%. When I questioned this, I was told that if I insisted on the displayed 20% discount, they would simply remove the item and say that it was no longer available. I had a shocking experience here being served by Eva. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Will not be going back.
Had a wonderful experience with the manager Eva, she went above and beyond to help me through an issue I had with a purchase and was so wonderful and customer focused.
The customer service here is outstanding. Every time we go in to the Chaddy PBK store, we are greeted with a friendly smile and service. The staff are very helpful. In particular, Kate and Jen recently helped me source the perfect bed for my child and I am immensely grateful to both of them for their exceptional customer service. They went out of their way to help me and ensure the product was delivered to me. I am extremely thankful for their help and kindness.
