From being overcharged by the chadstone store, to then waiting over a month for a refund, then having my paid order and scheduled delivery cancelled without any written notification or refund — this entire experience has been beyond frustrating. I have had to go into the store in person, then sent 3 emails since, and received no response. Absolutely useless. We ordered a crib through Pottery Barn months ago which was meant to be delivered on a selected date. The crib was on a sale (as readily pointed out by staff) so we thought we’d snap it up. We were charged the full price of the crib plus delivery and then when we called to rectify it took an hour to get hold of them and them to figure it out, once they’d confirmed we were overcharged they actioned a refund of the overcharge which took time and effort to chase up to actually have returned. Very disappointing experience with Pottery Barn Kids today, Saturday 8 August, at approximately 3:20 p.m in Chadstone. I wanted to purchase a piece of furniture that was clearly displayed with a 20% discount. When I asked to buy it, I was told that the 20% discount was a mistake and that they would only offer 10%. When I questioned this, I was told that if I insisted on the displayed 20% discount, they would simply remove the item and say that it was no longer available.
