The customer service here is outstanding. Every time we go in to the Chaddy PBK store, we are greeted with a friendly smile and service. The staff are very helpful. In particular, Kate and Jen recently helped me source the perfect bed for my child and I am immensely grateful to both of them for their exceptional customer service. They went out of their way to help me and ensure the product was delivered to me. I am extremely thankful for their help and kindness.
Very Frustrated with Service and Quality We are extremely disappointed with our experience. We purchased the Penny bed, bedside table, and dresser — every single piece arrived with visible defects. We took photos and sent them to support. A month later, the replacements finally arrived, but shockingly, the replacement headboard was even worse than the original. As per the other reviews that have identified significant problems with both the store manager, Kate and her Assistant Manager - Eva, it is evident that there is no care or consideration of pottery barn to act on these concerns. I can't even begin to explain the incompetence of both of these staff members who are meant to be "managers". It is literally a comedy skit. Without boring you with the details and the blatant lies told by both staff members - save your money, energy and time and shop anywhere else!
Kate was pressuring us to purchase a quilt cover and sheets that were TOO SMALL for the bed we had. Her vulture like tactics were quite disgusting as she simply wanted to make a quick sale instead of guiding us to make a purchase that would actually fit the bed. The store had practically no stock and what was there was dirty and all over the place. Find it ridiculous that a store sells bed linen in Australia that doesn’t fit most Australian beds.
Extremely misleading advertising. On the website the advertisement is clearly describing and also showing a dresser and topper for sale however when delivered it was just the topper. My partner was then told over the phone that it was not including the dresser and that we can purchase the dresser for an additional $800... Lady on the phone was from the US and clearly didn't care one bit about the situation very poor customer service... Save the hassle stay away from pottery barn kids...
