Went in the store to ask a simple question about returning a personalized item. Just wondering if that was something that they did in store when I asked associate she said she had to ask her manager because it’s 50-50. The manager (Brian)approached me, looked me up and down like I did not belong. He told me the answer was no, which would have been fine. If you want to deal with rude employees shop here! Never again.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Pottery Barn Kids. As a young mom, I came in with my brother to shop for my child, but instead of being welcomed, we felt racially profiled by the associates. The way we were watched and treated made the entire visit extremely uncomfortable. Shopping for your kids should be a joyful experience, not one where you feel judged or unwelcome. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should have to feel this way. We will not be back.
