*This review is based on their online business. I ordered a bed frame and it took over 6 weeks for anyone to contact me to schedule a delivery. I had tried to contact their customer service via contact info on the website and it was out of order. Both email & phone number. When a 3rd party eventually came to deliver the bed, they showed up two hours earlier than the confirmed time window, with a house plant, instead of the bed we ordered. Young was absolutely amazing! As soon as I walked into Pottery Barn Kids, she asked if I needed help and made me feel so welcome. She helped me find two beautiful personalized gifts for my niece, and her suggestions were perfect. She was so kind and easy to talk to, and the whole process couldn’t have been smoother. Thank you, Young, for making gift shopping such a great experience!
I’ll give it a 2 star because I at least received my car seat which I love. But customer service wasn’t great. I had to search for someone. Then while I was waiting by the till to ask for help, the lady before me got a complete run down of a huge sale that’s happening at a warehouse. I did not get the same run down. What a disappointment! The prices are too high for the quality of the items. This was my first time ordering online! I bought the backpack, lunchbox, water bottle, and pencil case. Three out of four items arrived in very poor condition! I asked for an exchange, so the return and return process took forever, given that delivery never meets the established delivery deadlines!
