Abrasive and passive aggressive customer service from the store manager Catherine. All other staffs have been very helpful and welcoming.
Pottery Barn has bad quality and bad customer service. I bought a crib for my newborn to be ready for when shes delivered. This company sent us one piece of the crib and said sorry but its user error for not reading that its a conversion kit ONLY. BS I have the receipt and it doesn’t state that its only a conversion kit also why would you have pictures of the crib, toddler bed and full bed all on the same profile. I ordered online to be deliver at this store. My order was supposed to arrive by Dec 10 (per photo). It is January 15th and it is still in transit. A couple days before Christmas it was evident my order wouldn't arrive on time, I called the online store to cancel my order but they told me I had to wait for my order to get to the store before I can cancel it and send it back. I'm still waiting for my items to arrive, and I will update this once I have more information
I’ve been a loyal Pottery Barn customer, from ordering furniture to kids’ items, but this recent experience was the last straw. I placed multiple orders, and while two arrived, one item that was supposed to be available for pickup on Nov 18 kept getting delayed.
