Very disappointing experience at Pottery Barn Kids Chinook due to the store manager’s behavior. An associate, Calleigh, was kindly helping us check when an out-of-stock blanket would be arriving. The store manager, Galit, came over and publicly yelled at her, saying it wasn’t her job and that she should only be doing monograms—despite the fact that we were the ones who asked her to check when the blanket would be back in stock. My visit to Pottery Barn in Chinook was extremely disappointing. I went in to buy a specific dollhouse for my daughter, who is sick at home. Before paying, I specifically asked if the item was in stock, and the staff confirmed they had five available. After waiting more than 30 minutes, they came back to tell me they couldn’t find a single one. I had already called my daughter to tell her to look forward to it, so this was incredibly frustrating.
