The ladies in store were soooooo friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me choose a rug for my daughter’s room showing me swatches and helping me rent some to test at home!
What a hack. The "black Friday deals" on the website are literally the same prices as they have been for the last 2 months that I've been eyeing up some furniture. Now they just have "black Friday deal" labeled above them in red.

Visited this Pottery Barn Kids furniture store and was really disappointed. There were no sales associates around to help—everyone seemed off in their own world, leaving customers to figure things out on their own. The lack of service was frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend this location.
