Visited this Pottery Barn Kids furniture store and was really disappointed. There were no sales associates around to help—everyone seemed off in their own world, leaving customers to figure things out on their own. The lack of service was frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend this location.

Had a great experience purchasing bedding for my daughter’s big girl bed. We fell in love with the princess set and unfortunately, pottery barn stopped selling the pearl & tulle canopy that was on display with the set. I asked the associate if they would sell me the floor model and she said they were not allowed to until it comes off display. What a great shopping experience! We shop PBKids regularly and love the team at the Galleria. Hana, Tammy and the rest of the crew are always so friendly and inviting! They take time to remember past purchases, ask about family and create a shopping experience that is warm and inviting. The product speaks for itself and the staff only add to the whole experience. We have had numerous items personalized/monogram and have always been thrilled with the outcome.
