What a joke this company is. Non existant customer skills. Delays. No communication. Inefficient. Wasteful. Destroys the environment.
I ordered a Christmas stocking and was told it would arrive December 1. I received no communication that it would not be arriving before December 21, instead had to go into the order to discover this. I called to cancel the order and was told it was cancelled. Now, 11 days later, it has shipped. Poor, poor lack of communication. I will no longer be purchasing anything from Pottery Barn anything.

Good customer service is a rarity now and days so I simply must give a good review for GREAT customer service at this location. Geneva, you are a doll! Thank you taking the time to help me and really going the extra mile. Pottery Barn needs 100 Geneva’s in there stores. Give this young lady a raise or a promotion ASAP!
