Came here with my girls to get their backpacks for school and the two women that worked there were so snobby and stuck up. Very rude. Walked out without buying anything.
Love the business concept, but staff hovers and makes you feel uncomfortable when browsing or picking up items to look at them.
Was in the Shrewsbury store today to pick up 2 bulky items. I asked if there was someone who could help me put them in my vehicle. I was told no. Extremely poor customer service.
