Horrible customer services
What a passive aggressive way to greet someone. They had this better than you attitude. Especially the one that rung me up. My email survey quickly expired or I would have let her know. Not going there again.
UPDATE: STILL NO ATTEMPT TO ASSIST OR RESOLVE. WHAT A SHAME. THIS COMPANY WENT DOWN HILL. THEY RESPONDED BY TELLING ME THAT WE WASHED THE COMFORTER INCORRECTLY AND OFFERED SMALL DISCOUNT TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE FROM THEM. THE COMFORTER HAS NEVER BEEN WASHED EVEN ONCE YET!!!! Stay away from Pottery Barn For Kids! They are not what they used to be and sell poor quality merchandise now. Very poor customer service also. Purchased a very expensive duvet cover.
