Was in the Shrewsbury store today to pick up 2 bulky items. I asked if there was someone who could help me put them in my vehicle. I was told no. Extremely poor customer service.
My husband and I recently visited Pottery Barn Kids to exchange a stroller, unaware that the price had increased by nearly $300. Lisa went above and beyond to help us, taking the time to call customer service and explore every possible solution to reverse the return. I ordered my nursery furniture 3 months ago and the delivery date kept getting pushed back without explanation. After finally being given a delivery date, they canceled the day before—saying they didn’t have the crib. No one could explain why. On top of that, I was told, “Why are you upset? You don’t need the crib now anyway.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid at all costs.
