Love the business concept, but staff hovers and makes you feel uncomfortable when browsing or picking up items to look at them.
Was in the Shrewsbury store today to pick up 2 bulky items. I asked if there was someone who could help me put them in my vehicle. I was told no. Extremely poor customer service.
My husband and I recently visited Pottery Barn Kids to exchange a stroller, unaware that the price had increased by nearly $300. Lisa went above and beyond to help us, taking the time to call customer service and explore every possible solution to reverse the return.
