Was disappointed when I had gifts to be gift wrapped and shipped to a friend from the store that she did not receive. I had to call multiple times weeks later to find out what happened to the gifts. They were never sent!! I had to keep calling in for updates without follow up from anyone at the store. Ship the items yourself or they will take your money and not send what you ordered!
I recently called the PBK Annapolis location inquiring about stock of a certain rug that I was interested in for my daughter's room. Angel answered the phone and I must say it was the most helpful and pleasant customer service experience I have ever had. Not only did she arrange to have the item shipped to the store, she basically personal shopped for me giving her opinions on duvet covers and matching sheets along with other items. Not one sales associate spoke to me the whole time I was in the store. Half of the associates were standing in a huddle, the other half were busy shopping with a lady pointing out merchandise she wanted to order. I guess when all the store employees are older white women, they couldn't imagine that a young black woman would wish to buy anything. My money spends just like anyone else's. Gladly went to "Babies R Us" across the street from the mall.

Not a lot of selection... kind of a waste of time going to the store. You'll end up purchasing your stuff online anyway.
