Terrible customer service and nothing but attitude from the “store manager” last weekend. Went to make a purchase and redeem key rewards points and they forgot to enter the store wide sale code, they then went back in the pos to enter the code and the pos crashed- we moved to another register only for it to say my key rewards had already been redeemed even though I was never cashed out. RecommendedAbove and beyond customer service as always! Christine went above and beyond to help me complete my purchase over the phone from Florida. I went on a whim and called your store to purchase some bedding I wanted that sold out online. Christine was so helpful, patient, and kind as she helped me complete my order over the phone. Thank you so much for your help and for making my day. I’m already a huge PB and PBK fan, but customer service like this is what keeps me coming back!

I am wondering why my daughter and her small group of friends were asked to leave from your store today around 4:30pm. The employee was Caucasian with a dirty blond bob. They were told that if you weren’t buying anything then ‘move on’. Funny how my daughter and friends were the only people of color in the store and the only ones asked to leave. Snobbiest store around! Rude customer service and they act like they hate when children come in their store even if they sell baby and children things!
Worst customer service ever! Bought a bassinet and the wheels were missing from box. Called to inform them and they wouldn't ship them to me. I had to drive 40 miles minutes to pick them up... no apologies for their error. Ordered some bedding that wasn't in stock... order was completely wrong... Sales associate was very unhelpful and not very knowledgeable..... I don't know why I bother going back!!! My advice, order online and avoid this store!!!
