Pottery Barn needs to get a better grasp on inventory....who orders 3 items to find 2 out of 3 are back ordered now for 5 months and the 1 and only item that I thought was going to arrive is now late and has no tracking any longer. For a high quality (so called) store the service is ridiculous. I will never shop at this store again.
Was disappointed when I had gifts to be gift wrapped and shipped to a friend from the store that she did not receive. I had to call multiple times weeks later to find out what happened to the gifts. They were never sent!! I had to keep calling in for updates without follow up from anyone at the store. Ship the items yourself or they will take your money and not send what you ordered!
Not a lot of selection... kind of a waste of time going to the store. You'll end up purchasing your stuff online anyway.
