I’m a card holder. You would think the associates and managers here would at least acknowledge my presence. Sadly disappointed in the lack of service and greetings. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Beware of ordering backpacks online. Due to the clunky ordering process, I ended up with backpacks that were too small for my kids. I have two mini backpacks for 2 year-olds when I have to Kindergartners. Because I paid extra for personalization, PBK refused to do anything to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service!
I LOVE the staff at PBK Utica. So friendly, helpful and consistent. They know my name and have taken care of me for years! Love the PBK community here!
BEWARE... Do not order from pottery barn!!!!! I ordered a bed the beginning of January with the expectation that it would be here in 2/3 weeks later. I AM STILL WAITING ON THE BED and we are going into April. Absolutely ridiculously for the amount of money they have already charged my card. Never doing business with them again. Pam is my new favorite person of the day! I was calling from out of state trying to locate some items I needed but weren't available locally or online. She took the time to try and find them for me - and when she was unsuccessful locating them, she gave me a very good alternative suggestion that I took- solved my problem!
