It would have been nice to know we were required to make an additional donation to meet Elsa today. Not to mention we hung around short pump in the cold. Thanks for disappointing my 5 year and misleading us.
Pam is my new favorite person of the day! I was calling from out of state trying to locate some items I needed but weren't available locally or online. She took the time to try and find them for me - and when she was unsuccessful locating them, she gave me a very good alternative suggestion that I took- solved my problem! I wanted to give a shout out to your amazing employee Melissa, who worked so hard to find my daughter her first choice of backpack and lunchbox for kindergarten this year.
