I was in Pottery Barn Kids today and they sold me the wrong dresser even though I had asked for an extra long. Though I understand that the store is closing and they are overwhelmed, I was not satisfied with my purchase and left angry with my stuff. Their no-return policy was awful given that they gave me a hard time to return a broken basket! I am definitely calling corporate. They were very unprofessional and I did not appreciate their “non-support”. I’ve bought many things from PBK and PB but, I’m done.
I wish I’d have gotten the name of who helped me, so I hope this makes it back to her— I was in on Saturday with my two children. They were playing with the toys out for play while I was shopping for decorations for Christmas. I hadn’t planned on going, so I didn’t have my PB credit card with me. The lady at the register was able to look it up with my license and SSN. I paid and left...my license behind.
