Don't bother shopping online. Ordered some items on sale back on 18 May 2023 and a couple items turned out to be not in stock which was communicated to me straightaway. Just received my refund today on 12 Jan 2024 nearly 8 months later!!!
Chatswood Store - pathetic customer service. The majority of the time you can't order online from this company and have to ring every store for what you are looking for. Today, I asked about the items I wanted to order, was told one item was in stock and that I would get a call back ASAP to process my order. Two hours later I gave up waiting and called back, only to be told that the item was not actually in stock, and that every item in the new delivery was smashed. Seriously?
