I walked in ready to buy a couch ! I passed THREE employees and not one said anything to me ! Ridiculous!!! I will take my business elsewhere!
My boyfriend and I went in there looking for outdoor furnitures. The staffs there went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed. Spent hours with us and calling around to other pottery barn locations to find all the missing pieces to complete our set. We will definitely recommend anyone to go to that pottery barn location. We will be a retuning customer for sure.
Had exatly what I was looking for after 2 states and dozens of stores later that didn't carry what I wanted! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank You very much Pottery Barn!
