I had a wonderful experience with Jessica, a talented designer, who created a brand new living room for us. We placed an order in store and the next day I received a confusing email about two sofas I ordered which had to be fixed by the store manager and not the main customer service department. Unfortunately, the merrifield location's store manager, Alex, handled the situation very poorly, so much so we decided to cancel our entire order. He was rude and dishonest. Was jus in to try to get two pillows for some pillow cases we ordered, fairly simply request that should be pretty quick and a lady came write up to ask what I needed then proceeded to ignore me the next five minutes and go do a bunch or random other things including helping 2 other customers that maybe she was helping first but there were 3 customers in the store including me and 6 workers. Just left and will order online from somewhere else.
