I absolutely love this store. The staff is always lovely and helpful, especially Julien and Patti. Anytime I've come in with questions they are always there with a helpful smile and looking out for me. The store is also absolutely lovely! I love the layout with the big windows, it really gives off a vibe of being in your home which I think is really important when going into a furniture store. I recommend this place a lot :)

Beautiful, spacious, and bright store with an excellent inventory—everything you’d expect from a Pottery Barn. When you visit, be sure to ask for Marjorie. She provides exceptional service and goes above and beyond to help. Thanks to her, we finally found the perfect carpet. We’ll definitely be returning to have her assist us in choosing a TV shelf. She’s the best!

Very unhappy about my recent experience with Pottery Barn and I can certainly say I will never shop here again and will advise other people to be careful. My husband and I placed an order online for 2 items on July 20th, a leather sofa and a buffet. We have been eyeing the sofa for a long time and have gone to the store to look at swatches several times prior to placing the order. Big shout out to Lamia Sarver who didn’t judge a book by its cover. I do not look like I’m there to spend a lot, I’m very down to earth. She was THE ONLY employee to approach us. The only one. No one else even bothered to greet us. She walked away with a 14k sale. I hope the staff here can be a little less judgy in the future to people like me, because if it wasn’t for Lamia I would have walked out with NOTHING I’d been looking for.
