The Annapolis Pottery Barn is a poorly trained staff, will bait & switch floor items, and are disingenuous. Would not recommend this store!
I have worked as a Trade Partner and Customer with Potter Barn for years. Months ago I reported issues with their slope arm dining chairs retailing for $1400, excluding delivery. All four legs loosen and must be tightened several times a week-frequency has been increasing throughout the years. These chairs are in impeccable condition, I sent multiple photos and have been reporting the same issues with them for the 2 years in which I own them. Got a good deal on king size pillow cases. They were $100 and now were marked down additionally 25% to final price $18.95. Always find a good bargain there.
My experience at the Pottery Barn store in the Mosaic District was simply amazing - HUGE shout out to Lamia for her spectacular customer service. My parents are renovating their home and my mom and I stopped by the store around 5:30pm on a Saturday to browse furniture for our common living areas and dining room. I absolutely love this store. The staff is always lovely and helpful, especially Julien and Patti. Anytime I've come in with questions they are always there with a helpful smile and looking out for me. The store is also absolutely lovely! I love the layout with the big windows, it really gives off a vibe of being in your home which I think is really important when going into a furniture store. I recommend this place a lot :)
