I walked into the store at about 1050 on a Thursday and stayed in the curtain area for approximately 15-20 minutes. No one greeted me, no one approached me, and no one asked if I needed help. I had brought paint chips and was prepared to purchase curtains and rugs for our entire new home. Needless to say I walked out… and will be looking at other options.
Worst customer service. I went in for a return/exchange. When I come back the associate, Kelly, is on the phone. Laughing talking for 10 minutes about “life” with someone else, while I’m standing there waiting to complete my return and exchange an item. After standing there for a while and another associate nearby at the counter not offering to help or calling someone else to help, even though she’s well aware of what’s going on. I would give ZERO if I could. Ordered 2 couches in Dec 2024, to be delivered in April. It is June and they FINALLY delivered the couches… WRONG ONES!!!! Told it would take another 4 months. We cancelled the order and will NEVER go there again!!
