I really wanted to make a point to leave a positive review because I had such a great experience. I was searching for a discontinued curtain which I contacted the the Annapolis store to locate. Chloe received my phone call, took my information, actually searched and followed up with me. I had called this store a few days prior with no follow up call from the store associate who took my call. This is why I was appreciative. Purchased some furniture from Pottery Barn and after told they have no idea when the furniture will arrive and it will be delayed 4 months from original date or longer. I requested to cancel the order and was told no, cant do that until they receive the product! PB is mismanaged and can't fulfill orders then will not refund your money. Very frustrating.
You're paying for the name. These products are TRASH. Cute, but trash. My sons $70 backpack broke after the first year. When I pay $70 for a backpack, it better last. I called customer service and the best they could offer me was a $10 merchandise credit to go to a new backpack. I declined. Save you money and purchase a better quality backpack 😊
