Do not order from Pottery Barn. In fact, I would strongly recommend avoiding Pottery Barn and the entire Williams-Sonoma family of brands altogether. After spending thousands upon thousands of dollars, I was delivered the wrong furniture, the wrong color furniture, and then forced to deal with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked into the store at about 1050 on a Thursday and stayed in the curtain area for approximately 15-20 minutes. No one greeted me, no one approached me, and no one asked if I needed help. I had brought paint chips and was prepared to purchase curtains and rugs for our entire new home. Needless to say I walked out… and will be looking at other options.

Worst customer service. I went in for a return/exchange. When I come back the associate, Kelly, is on the phone. Laughing talking for 10 minutes about “life” with someone else, while I’m standing there waiting to complete my return and exchange an item. After standing there for a while and another associate nearby at the counter not offering to help or calling someone else to help, even though she’s well aware of what’s going on.
