Customer service was really awkward. I was looking for some plates, and I was quickly approached by a representative who asked me to tell her how many plates I wanted, because she would get them from the warehouse (I was hand picking the ones I wanted). This woman who "offered her help" came off as very judgemental when she discovered I only wanted a set of 5... Went to the Etobicoke location (1 3/4 hours travel each way) to purchase the Estelle bed, 2 Sausalito dressers and 2 nightstands. The staff could not be more unhelpful. I had brought room measurements, and my question was about which dressers would fit best. The staff member spoke to me in a chastising tone, letting me know (a few times) that a floor plan "takes a long time" and repeating that they were busy. Awful customer service. Waited 3 weeks for this bar cart to arrive damaged in MULTIPLE locations. The fact that this wasn’t caught with quality control really proves that they do not have any QC at all. The support team doesn’t care. I will never shop with this failing company again. The poor google reviews speak for themselves.

Item I was going to purchase was sold and would have to be ordered. I said no problem. Please let me know when it arrives and I will come to pick it up from store. That would be $30 extra for shipping???? No thanks.
