Store experience was really great and smooth. Ordered the Westin heavenly mattress (3500$) not a cheap order including 400 white glove delivery. Two days later order got cancelled and I got the refund to my card. no explanation no nothing. I called the customer service asking what happened, she said all what I can tell you it could be inventory issues. so I asked so usually is that how you cancel your orders? she said "yes, sir". I said thank you. wow what a customer experience...
Baffling experience and very poor customer service. My daughter came into the shop to show me a desk in bed that she loved, the sales clerk didn't take her seriously and laughed at her, it was so baffling. Won't be coming back.
I sat in a chair for about 20 minutes to test it because I’ll be using the chair a lot. The staff just tried to find a way to kick me out, as they seemed to think I couldn’t afford a $2000 chair. So funny. Or the possible of racism. And they look at the details from my laptop to assume I’m working lol
This is probably the worst Pottery Barn location I've ever been to. The customer service is terrible - staff are just straight up rude and dismissive. Very interesting that my experience isn't unique and others can attest to this as well.
