Very poor after-sales service. We bought a liquor cabinet in October 2025 and reported a faulty door hinge in December. Pottery Barn sent a repairer, but the repair was only temporary and never fully resolved the issue. When the fault returned after 7 months, the Chadstone store manager, Sam, told me I had waited too long and that there was nothing they would do. Terrible quality bedding. I bought this duvet cover two years ago and look how they've aged! I've got duvet covers and sheets that are 10+ years old that have fared great and were much cheaper. For the price you pay for PB sheets, I expected much better quality. Absolute rip off.
What an exceptional experience at the Pottery Barn Chadstone store. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a sea of friendly faces, but Niki was an absolute standout. I ended up spending a good few hours in the store, and her level of service was nothing short of outstanding. I had an injury at the time, and she was constantly encouraging me to take a seat while she sourced products, checked stock, and even popped next door to West Elm to bring back items for me.
