Former shareholder (sold when they hired Huffington) and longtime customer, but when your order gets cancelled and they don't even bother to send you an email - you've just go to wonder what is going on with Pottery Barn Australia. Seriously, you can't even bother to reach out and see if I want to pay for delivery from your chaotic western Sydney distribution centre? Who is running the show?
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Possibly the worst 'customer service' I have ever experienced. Both in-store and on the phone. It is now quite clear why their stores are closing, first William Sonoma at Chadstone and now West Elm in Prahran. Shockingly poor.
I visited the shop on Sunday and had a very disappointing experience with the customer service provided by Jen. She was extremely rude and even laughed at me with another customer ,very mean This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of the service. I've never encountered such unfriendly and unprofessional treatment. This sort of people shouldn’t be working in a customer service.
What shocking service! We place an order for a couch, spending well over $5k, only to be told a month later that the couch was no longer being manufactured and that we'd get a refund. When we called the store, no one knew what was going on. We were later told that there was a supplier system change and the couch would be re-ordered so we'd now have to wait another 4 weeks on top of the initial 14 weeks.
