Dylan at PB Chadstone was so incredibly helpful. I’m in Perth and, sadly, our local PB store closed its doors (I’m devastated). I called PB Chadstone to see if they could assist with ordering a heap of decor for our new-build house, for delivery to WA. Whilst to some, this might seem like a standard transaction, there’s many stores whose staff would just tell you to “order it yourself online”. I would like to say a BIG thank you to Henry for assisting and guiding me through assembling my side table. He has the patience of a saint and I'm extremely grateful for his support, time and kindness.
Lack of integrity and professionalism I was offered a clear discount by the store manager, which was later confirmed in writing by email. The store then changed its story multiple times and ultimately denied the discount altogether, claiming the manager had left. This is highly unprofessional and shows a clear lack of integrity. Written representations by a business should be honoured. I am now considering escalating this matter through formal complaint and legal channels under Australian Consumer Law.
