If I could give them zero stars, I would. Possibly the worst 'customer service' I have ever experienced. Both in-store and on the phone. It is now quite clear why their stores are closing, first William Sonoma at Chadstone and now West Elm in Prahran. Shockingly poor.
I visited the shop on Sunday and had a very disappointing experience with the customer service provided by Jen. She was extremely rude and even laughed at me with another customer ,very mean This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of the service. I've never encountered such unfriendly and unprofessional treatment. This sort of people shouldn’t be working in a customer service.
What shocking service! We place an order for a couch, spending well over $5k, only to be told a month later that the couch was no longer being manufactured and that we'd get a refund. When we called the store, no one knew what was going on. We were later told that there was a supplier system change and the couch would be re-ordered so we'd now have to wait another 4 weeks on top of the initial 14 weeks. I recently had the pleasure of furnishing my new home with the help of the incredible team at Pottery Barn, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! Pottery Barn Chadstone Melbourne are the worst to deal with. Do not deal with an assistant named Michelle, she is the rudest person and is not fit to assist customers in the store. I will never buy from Pottery Barn again. I will spread the word of how poor their customer service is. I have had to change an expensive bed three times with the damage each time of delivery.
