Extremely disappointing. My order (worth nearly $1,000) has been delayed by over two weeks with no clear resolution. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but I’m still left without my items or a firm delivery update. Really poor experience for such a high-value purchase.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pottery Barn Bondi Junction. I was promised a complete desk, but instead, I received only parts that I have to assemble myself. The store staff assured me I would receive the whole product, but that clearly was not the case. Customer service has been unhelpful, and I feel let down by the lack of support. Not recommended.
The first time I’ve ever written a review like this but the lady in the Bondi store was so nasty to me today, she instantly judged me, was resistant when I asked if I could look at a product and then walked away mid conversation!! I’ve never experienced customer service like it and left feeling so belittled.
This review is for an online store experience. There were several errors in my online order (one item missing, one item included which I never bought) and the cushion cover I ordered shed threads from the fringing all over our couch. I called customer service to get the order fixed and return the cushion. This was simple enough, but I was told that I couldn’t have the relatively substantial delivery fee refunded as I had received some items (one $19 item which I have now paid $30 to be delivered).
