Just a heads-up for anyone considering purchasing indoor-outdoor cushions from Pottery Barn: I’d strongly recommend reconsidering. The cushion covers are not removable, making them extremely difficult to clean. While the brand recommends spot cleaning, in reality, the cushions are not practical to maintain—especially if used outdoors, even under mild weather conditions. Terrible Customer Service – Don’t Bother! I walked into Pottery Barn Bondi, and the atmosphere was absolutely lifeless—you could hear a pin drop. Every single staff member upstairs was glued to their computers, completely ignoring customers as they walked by. Not a single greeting, no eye contact, nothing. disgusting is the only word for this retailer . Always the most hideous service when it comes to deliveries. Always a terrible experience so best to never shop here
Quite honestly the worst customer service in store and in the US. The store was meant to process my C&C refund 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been processed. I'm still following up but the store staff are very unwilling to support - it's not worth wasting your time.
