If i could give 0 stars. We purchased a Jake leather couch and it has failed. Light use after 12 months the seat is painful and sagged not fit for purpose to sit on.Customer service "bot" offshore. Two months they said they can get a couch doctor to replace the cushion with something maybe.Wont fix the leather. This is seriously the worst store for customer service. I never leave negative reviews but after countless phone calls to the store and no one getting back to me I feel like I need to express just how bad the staff members are so this can be addressed accordingly. I ordered a click and collect, got to the store the girl gave me what I thought was all of my order but turns out it was only part of it with items left out. I was assisted by Fabiana both on the phone and in store. She was such a patient, warm, helpful person. I felt like she was genuinely happy to help me to answer all my questions. Something I found not all sales people at this store were happy to do. Thank you Fabiana - you are an asset to Pottery Barn.
I love pottery barn products. Wish there were more shops in Australia. Only one thing is that the shop assistants seem to have no idea how to assist and help with choosing the right products. Really not looking forward to visiting the shop again.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PURCHASED A CABINET ONLINE AND DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED 0N 2/10/25 AND IT WOULD NOT FIT IN THE LIFT BECAUSE THE SPECS ON THEIR WEBSITE DIDN'T INDICATE SIZE OF THE MASSIVE BOX AND IT WOULDN'T FIT IN MY LIFT. I HAVE CONTACTED POTERY BARN DAILY FOR 23 DAYS WITH NO RESOLUTION. DISPATCH HAS BEEN EMAILED BY CS ON SEVERAL OCASSIONS TO RESCHEDULE DELIVERY INTO MY APARTMENT AND NOBODY GETS BACK TO ME.
