WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PURCHASED A CABINET ONLINE AND DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED 0N 2/10/25 AND IT WOULD NOT FIT IN THE LIFT BECAUSE THE SPECS ON THEIR WEBSITE DIDN'T INDICATE SIZE OF THE MASSIVE BOX AND IT WOULDN'T FIT IN MY LIFT. I HAVE CONTACTED POTERY BARN DAILY FOR 23 DAYS WITH NO RESOLUTION. DISPATCH HAS BEEN EMAILED BY CS ON SEVERAL OCASSIONS TO RESCHEDULE DELIVERY INTO MY APARTMENT AND NOBODY GETS BACK TO ME. Appallingly customer service.
I would like to thank Isabella and Marina from Bondi Junction Pottery Barn for their friendly service and extensive helpfulness in procuring the bedding I was wanting. They rang other stores to make sure I was able to get the whole set which is currently out of stock online. It was worth the very long drive to visit the beautiful store.
Nice merchandise, the shop feels really old and ratty. Kind of feels like they've just given up.
