Terrible first time experience, was referred by an Interior Designer. Faulty curtains, one longer than the other and a different colour. The customer support is virtually non existent. I have to keep calling to find out when the new stock is coming in, no return calls. It’s like they couldn’t care less. Staff were very nice
If i could give 0 stars. We purchased a Jake leather couch and it has failed. Light use after 12 months the seat is painful and sagged not fit for purpose to sit on.Customer service "bot" offshore. Two months they said they can get a couch doctor to replace the cushion with something maybe.Wont fix the leather. Buddy this needs an undertaker!$5600 piece of garbage Straight to Fair Trading NSW.Do not buy from this company
This is seriously the worst store for customer service. I never leave negative reviews but after countless phone calls to the store and no one getting back to me I feel like I need to express just how bad the staff members are so this can be addressed accordingly. I ordered a click and collect, got to the store the girl gave me what I thought was all of my order but turns out it was only part of it with items left out.
