Bought a 10,000$ table in September. They delivered the wrong table to our house THREE TIMES. Now in December, they canceled the order saying the table is out of stock. No costumer service. No compensation. DON’T BUY THERE! They’re nice in the store as long as you spend a lot of money then they don’t care about you at all and won’t help you. They also use like 3 intermediary companies to make sure the process is horrible and extremely complex. You can’t talk to anyone. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
Went to there location today because there website shows nothing and not even one person offered to assist me and when I went looking for someone they all seemed to pretend the were busy. I saw furniture at crate and barrel for my child and wanted ti compare with here and zero assistance completely ridiculous. You lost over 10,000$ in business today!!!!!
