un vendredi fin de journée 23 mai 2025 j'avais planifié de faire de gros achat et je suis de l'extérieur, une fois sur place aucune personne n'est venue me voir je cherchais des produits que j'avais vu sur le web les 3 filles étaient à la porte et jasais entre elle en regardant leur cellulaire et rigolait aucun service, elles sont restées là tout le temps pendant 20 minutes à ne rien faire et il y avait d'autre clients d'ailleurs.
Je préfère être positif mais là si on ne dénonce rien on justifie la persistance de la bêtise. Magasin très irresponsable. Livraison de marchandise de plus de 500$, livrée en dehors de la période annoncée, qui est laissée à la porte, aux yeux de tous dans un quartier Montréalais où toutes les portes sont à 15 pieds du trottoir! Potterybarn ne demande même pas à Purolator de déposer la marchandise à un comptoir postal, avec billet de confirmation dans votre boîte aux lettres comme ça se fait depuis toujours! We’ve been loyal customers of this store, and previously purchased a dining table that lasted 5 years with excellent quality. However, the table and dresser we bought last Thursday are very poor quality. After just two days, the veneer on the edges started peeling off, and it’s not solid wood as we expected, which makes us feel somewhat deceived.
