My sales associate Leah was amazing but that is where the amazing ends. I picked up my Delaney round nesting end tables and when I went to put the smaller one together noticed there was a black mark on the top (wouldn't come out with dry and wet wiping). I called their telephone line to start a return process, per the instructions found on their website under "Returns". I scheduled a virtual Design Service excited to make some furniture selections; however, no link for a virtual meet was sent. I had to call the store only to find out that the sales woman, SHIRLENE, was running late AND needed help using technology.... She called me 15 minutes later and gave multiple excuses for the issues. SHIRLENE is poorly skilled in customer service (incompetent & rude) and is someone I definitely would not take any advice from. Horrible service. I will be taking my business elsewhere for sure!
