I should have read all the comments before we purchased our sofa here. My order was cancelled without a single notification/email or follow up right before the delivery date. Super disappointed with the service and system. If you are considering shopping here, THINK TWiCE!!!
Bought a table from Pottery Barn (Portolla) after being told it was great quality and real vaneer. Was shipped to my house and I’ve had it for a year, hardly used it because it’s formal dining table and it’s absolute garbage quality. There are already many marks on it from someone dropping a spoon on the table or simply moving around ornaments. Very normal activities that any dining room table should withstand. Nice stuff in here but some older employees need better customer service training.
This is for an online order - pretty disappointed with customer service and lack of problem solving. The orders take forever to leave the warehouse and shipping takes MUCH longer than projected. I NEVER would have ordered online if I would have known this ! Will seriously reconsidering purchasing from Pottery Barn in the future.
Won’t be shopping there again. First and last time. Trying to reach customer service is archaic and when I did they did not solve my issue. The item I ordered cheap quality with a high price tag. And there is not where to give feedback because they don’t have emails or surveys. Too big to fail, I guess, so they don’t care about their customers. I wish I had read some of these reviews.
