Nice stuff in here but some older employees need better customer service training.
This is for an online order - pretty disappointed with customer service and lack of problem solving. The orders take forever to leave the warehouse and shipping takes MUCH longer than projected. I NEVER would have ordered online if I would have known this ! Will seriously reconsidering purchasing from Pottery Barn in the future.
Won’t be shopping there again. First and last time. Trying to reach customer service is archaic and when I did they did not solve my issue. The item I ordered cheap quality with a high price tag. And there is not where to give feedback because they don’t have emails or surveys. Too big to fail, I guess, so they don’t care about their customers. I wish I had read some of these reviews.
For a store that markets itself as “high-end,” Pottery Barn has delivered the worst customer service I’ve experienced to date. I purchased a sofa set over three months ago, and on the very day it was delivered, I reported that the items were stained. I've been a trade member of Williams Sonoma companies, including Pottery Barn for years. More often than not I call into the Chinook location to place our trade orders over the phone as I'm based in Saskatchewan and they are always able to send me additional pictures if a sku that I'm looking into is displayed on the floor, prior to ordering.
