Pottery Barn cancelled my order without informing me. They sent an email about confirming my order that went to my spam, order that was already confirmed! I was buying a $3,000 dollars dinning table that I have been waiting since July, costumer service only said they were sorry. I do not recommend this store to any one.
Always ready to help and fix any issues. The store is also filled with lots and lots of extremely friendly staff that have helped me so much with online orders and returns.
I spent $3400 on a dining room table plus delivery hoping that spending this kind of money would provide me with a dining table that I could have for many years to come. I have only had it for a few months and a chunk came off the corner already without doing anything to it that should cause this sort of damage. My cheap ikea table held up better than this. With no warranty and no ability to leave a review on the Pottery Barn website for the actual product, I am leaving it for the store that it was purchased at. I am disappo... read more
