Ordered a Christmas gift here, called to confirm they would be open on Christmas Eve until a certain time. When I arrived to the store, they closed 4 hours early and I was not able to get the gift I ordered.
Went into the Lynnfield store for a return and I noticed the total being refunded was not what I paid. The bizarre part was that the total + tax on my refund receipt did not equal the total (head scratcher) and the employee didn’t even notice. When I pointed it out, she was dismissive and pointed to a number on the sheet that I could call. She clearly did not want to help me. The manager was equally as rude and unhelpful. I’ll never step foot in Pottery Barn Lynnfield again.
Loved seeing a pottery barn in person! I could furnish my whole house in this one store! Good quality and very much what’s in style!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - My partner and I purchased the Reed Dining Room Table with "White Glove Delivery". The delivery team showed up an hour after their 2-hour delivery time frame and didn't have the hardware for the product, so left the wood in pieces in our kitchen. We were told that we'd have a call by end of day rescheduling the delivery but received no call. Don't do business with Pottery Barn. They are repeat cheaters and liars and guilty of a pattern of corporate fraud. Pottery Barn and their parent company, Williams-Sonoma, continue to lie to the American public about "Made in America" claims years after they were first busted for the unfair trade practice.
