I came in to find a gift for a newborn baby and Lourdes was very friendly, helpful and kind! I have been here before and sadly can’t say I’ve always had such a lovely experience! She even suggested embroidery for a personal touch which I didn’t know about, I went for it and it came out perfect!
This store has some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in retail. EVER!!! I’m baffled at the fact that people go here to spend their hard earned money and are treated like they’re worthless. The staff here is rude and unprofessional. I was looking for a rug and the ladies sitting at the “design” table - who by the way brag about being with PB for 20 years - were absolutely ridiculous. Amazing inventory. Poor customer service.
My fiance and I were there the other night. The ladies that work there were so rude from minute we walked in. We were there to buy stuff for our new place, until we were continued to be treated with such poor customer service. So, we decided to go to Burlington mall and give their helpful, happy, sweet, deserving staff the commission that the ladies in Lynnfield did not deserve!
Remind me to never buy anything from this place again! There was a mess up on their side, I ended up having to pay for it and they won’t refund other than to merch card. Everyone from customer service was giving me a different story. Unbelievable!
