Again today. Another defective item. Don’t buy the “Retreat Fabric Shower Curtain Liner.” It’s fabric and not water resistant. I had to pay again to buy another shower liner. PB is no longer trustworthy and do not stand behind their products. I just tossed out another of their items which wasn’t even delivered clean. It was dirty. I’d skip and order from Crate and Barrell.

We purchased a chandelier from Pottery Barn Kids as a floor item in-store. At no point were we told that any parts were missing. When my husband picked it up, he specifically asked if everything was in the box, and the staff assured him that it was complete. Unfortunately, that was not true. When our handyman came to install it, he pointed out that a critical component — the ceiling base — was missing. If you visit the Lynnfield Pottery Barn location, you MUST work with Kiki! She works at the Pottery Barn for Kids and the main Pottery Barn store depending on the day and time, so definitely ask for her. If she's at the Pottery Barn for Kids, she will walk over to the main store with you. Her design perspective is unique, modern, edgy and classic all at once. I just had an incredibly negative experience at this Pottery Barn. First, I needed to return some of the cabinet pulls that we purchased for our kitchen remodel. The person at the register was clearly inconvenienced, especially when I didn’t realize I did something incorrectly with the return (I’ve never had to return something here before and I apologized/explained.) Barbara at the Lynnfield, MA is fantastic at her job and extremely helpful. She is completely invested in whatever you bring to her and has great ideas for interior design as well. It has gotten to the point where my girlfriend and I seek her out in the store because we love working with her. She is excellent to work with!
