My name is Cindy. I purchased white Belgium linen curtains.. I went to the Lynnfield store and they ordered them online in two weeks later. I still didn’t get them so I went back to the Lynnfield store and they re-ordered them. I received them two weeks ago I had gone to Florida. I just had shoulder surgery. Don’t buy anything from Pottery Barn. The marketing borders on harassment and you’ll never get off their lists. All is without permission.
I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and could have easily ordered it online, but decided to make the effort to shop local instead. Unfortunately, that effort wasn’t appreciated. I had trouble getting help locating the product I needed—staff repeatedly passed by me as if I were invisible, while other, more “upscale”-dressed customers received attentive service.
