Pottery Barn, While offering style. Does not stand behind their products. They believe it a product is defective the defect shows within 30 days. I have a wrought iron table that has a stain. The table is now discolored and yes I purchased it a year ago. I wipe it with a cloth and use coasters. It's unfortunate that they take no responsibility and say you can get it repaired but at your cost. I always was thought this company was better than this. Beware of the Walnut Creek Ca location. Went in to open a PB card and when I got our bill there was a fraudulent charge. I suspect the cashier. Who initially helped us. She wrote our information down on a piece of paper then told us she couldn’t issue the card . They did nothing to help me except make excuses. Went down twice and was turned away. I would avoid this store unless you want your identity stolen
had an amazing experience with Pamela today. She really cares about customers.
