Definitely would not recommend. They wouldn’t honor a quote a few days after being given it. Definitely not customer friendly. Shop elsewhere.
This is such an overrated store. The design team here is very helpful, which is why the two stars instead of zero. The Furniture quality is so bad and absolutely no support when the furniture is delivered damaged or with stain. We ordered the premium performance fabric sofa which came with the stain. We were advised to order the premium performance fabric because it was supposed to be more durable, but the stain just wouldn’t come off and it’s been three months after delivery and I am still trying to get somebody to come and... read more
One of the worst experiences I ever had, not at the store itself but ordering online, and you will never get the help need anytime you call, and most agents you talk with act in an annoying way and it’s very frustrating, I shall never buy from such a brand again
Terrible experience with an order from here. It took 3 months to get the order. Then it arrived damage. I know things happen but it was not the delivery service it was Pottery Barn. The hoops I hand to jump through to get someone to help with my order was unbelievable bad customer service. 1st the manager here at store. Not very helpful!!!! Then got an email to respond to about my problem. Not sure where they were from! Then another call I got a from a service company to handle this after several phone calls.
