There was an extremely inappropriate incident involving a white female employee who behaved very rudely toward a child. Fortunately, an adult was present and witnessed the entire incident. A formal complaint was submitted, but no response has been received.

I have been to this location multiple times and generally don’t receive good customer service. The store was empty, and not a single sales associate approached me. The store was a little dirty, and some of the showcase lights weren’t working. Not the Pottery Barn standard I am used to. I’m much prefer the Bellevue Square location. I had planned to make a purchase, but reconsidered and ended up leaving.

Was shopping in the store and when I told the sales person I was going to think about it before I placed the order at that moment, she didn't say anything, and gave me a rude look. Not the best experience.
