Kinda dirty and dusty. Weird smell throughout.

Very unfriendly staff. Came in to potentially shop for an end table and was approached by an older lady with stringy hair who asked me “Do you have any questions about the furniture?”. I replied “no, thank you”, and she replied “Okay” as she scoffed and rolled her eyes. I’m not sure if this was a race issue or not, because I was the only one in the store she talked to that way. It’s unfortunate because I have spent thousands at the Bellevue Pottery Barn and Williams and Sonoma and they’re always great!
I will say I have bought a lot of furniture and items at Pottery Barn but this location is strange. I visited this store 2 days ago. There was nobody but one person in the store with 3 employees. I was there for 15 minutes and no one said one word to me. There is no customer service. I wanted to buy a green throw for my couch which I will buy online instead.
