Why does the Lynnwood location close so early on a Saturday? Alderwood is so packed right know at 8:23 p.m. I could barely find parking.
Terrible customer service. I was in the store for quite some time and didn't get asked once if I needed help. I finally went and waited in line at the register to inquire about an item I saw online. The woman at the register barked at me in front of clients she was currently helping that I should be asking the floor sales staff, two of which were supposedly nearby for assistance. I purchased the Ariat rug. My decision was based on a swatch. When I recieved the rug. I love the color and style but the thickness of the rug is thinner and less rigid than the swatch. Extremely, disappointed in quality
