Was disappointed with the customer service. It was dead in the store and no one greeted us and checked on us. One the associates looked right at us with no acknowledgement. We decided to buy a bed set somewhere else.

It is an absolute punishment to shop here. Ikea customer service and maze is WAY better. The sales people are spewing lies and hold items for themselves. This is why they are losing jobs to online sales. Easier to deal with 'bots.
