It was a nice visit coming to pottery Barnes always finding something very nice for my home quite expensive but worth the price tag.

Pottery Barn is one of my favorite stores. I have shopped both online and in the store. In the store the experience is always pleasant and very, very courteous and helpful. If an item is out of stock, they will find it. My husband has fallen asleep in a chair at the front of the store.. it made me cringe! The woman that was helping me said "No problem, it is a good advertisement!" I have a small child, there is a lot of glass.. the clerks don't bat an eye. The store is always immaculate no matter if it is a busy weekend day.... read more

Had exatly what I was looking for after 2 states and dozens of stores later that didn't carry what I wanted! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank You very much Pottery Barn!

poor cusomer service. ordered an outdoor set, was told it would be in within a week and that they would call to let us know when it was in. did not recieved a call. placed another order for more chairs for the same outdoor set over two weeks ago and still have not gotten them. when calling to find out when they would be in, the best they could tell me is when they would not be in. my best advice is when if you purchase anything walk out of the store with it, who knows when it will arrive otherwise
