We recently purchased a home in Chapel Hill and we have tried to use the store several times. And in the number of times that we have been in the store, we have only one time encountered an employee who was friendly or helpful. Today we picked up an order and it was basically dropped at our feet. No smile no would you like to look inside to see that your order is correct, nothing at all. Not even a thank you and goodbye. Visited this store on July 4th fully intending to purchase a new sectional. We saw one on the floor that we loved however it had no tags or pricing . There were several employees huddled together talking and I asked if one of them could help me. The employee looked bothered but came over and stated the obvious that there was no pricing and asked if we were really interested in this one, um yes?! and said she guessed it was about $ and gave me an estimate range. Subpar customer service. Word of advice, if a customer says they are in the store to look around, do not respond with, “You may, you may.” It comes off as chauvinistic and prejudiced.
I love visiting this store, every employee is a true professional, knowledgable and ready to make your decorating needs simple! Liane has been extremely helpful with my curtain selections, she is your lady if you are unsure how to hang and where to hang. I couldn’t recommend her more…
